Worship is a vital component to the ministry of Messiah United Methodist Church. We invite you to join us any Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. for worship. At Messiah, worship combines today’s contemporary Christian praise music and traditional hymns with the best elements of a liturgical Methodist service. Our music ministry is led by talented volunteer musicians. Worship, led by our Pastor, the Reverend Lauren Wright, celebrates our tradition of faith through scriptures, prayer, children’s message, and teachings to enrich your life
Our lives are defined by our individual worship throughout the week; our personal prayer and devotional time, scripture readings, and acts of ministry and service. We come together each Sunday to celebrate the unity we have one with another through our faith in Jesus Christ. Pastor Lauren’s messages seek to connect the lessons from the Bible with our everyday life, while at the same team bringing to light God’s love, forgiveness, mercy and grace for each of us. Renewed from our collective worship, we go into the world seeking to share God’s love with those who we come into contact with through our daily lives.
Children participate in worship through attending Children‘s Church where they are involved in an age-appropriate worship service.
